
Biography:
While attending Columbia University in New York, earning a Bachelors of the Arts in Math and Religion, Mr. Rubert worked in bars as a barback and bartender. After graduation, he attended the French Culinary Institute, after which he worked Blue Hill NYC, a three star restaurant in Greenwich Village, both in the back and front of the house before deciding to attend law school.
Mr. Rubert graduated from the University of Miami School of Law Magna Cum Laude, having acted as Executive Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review for which he wrote an article comparing EU, US, French and Californian regulation of wine.
His professional practice has been solely dedicated to serving the alcoholic beverage industry with a focus on retail. He sincerely believe that his unique perspective and background provides clients with an advantage both in the marketplace and when dealing with regulating agencies.
